These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Vintage Hall Games website and any purchases you make through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who we are
“We,” “us” and “our” refer to Vintage Hall Games. “You” means anyone visiting the site or buying from us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts.
3. Product information
We do our best to describe each machine accurately, including any cosmetic flaws, prior repairs, and known operational issues. Photos are of the actual unit on offer wherever possible. Specifications, manufacturers' trademarks and game titles are reproduced for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Pricing & availability
- Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct typographical errors or update prices at any time. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we will contact you and either honor the listed price or cancel the order with a full refund.
- Listings reflect stock at our showroom. Once a unit is sold, we'll remove it within minutes — but on rare occasions orders for the same unit may overlap, in which case we'll offer a comparable replacement or full refund.
5. Orders & payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. The order is accepted only when we send you a written confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.

7. Returns & refunds
Your statutory rights and the conditions under which we accept returns are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Warranty
New machines come with the manufacturer's warranty. Restored vintage machines come with our own limited warranty described on the Warranty page.
9. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with site security, or to introduce malicious code.
11. Intellectual property
All site content (logos, images, copy, layouts) is owned by Vintage Hall Games or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any of it without our written consent.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Vintage Hall Games is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally; the most current version is always posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
