Lead times
- In-stock machines: shipped within 5–10 business days from order — that buffer covers final pre-ship testing (typically a 4-hour playtest) and crating.
- Restoration / build-to-order:4–10 weeks depending on the scope; you'll get an exact ship date in your order confirmation.
- Parts & accessories: shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping methods
Standard freight
For machines, we ship via insured LTL freight in a wooden crate with foam corner protection. The carrier delivers to the curb; you're responsible for getting the crate inside.
White-glove delivery
Our preferred option for machines: we crate, ship, uncrate inside your home, set the machine up, level it, plug it in, and verify gameplay before we leave. This is the only way we can guarantee end-to-end condition. Add it to your order at checkout, or ask us for a quote afterwards.
Local delivery
Within 200 miles of our showroom we offer flat-rate local delivery in our own truck — usually significantly cheaper than freight, and our techs unbox and set up on-site.
International
We ship internationally on request. International orders are subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees in the destination country, which the buyer is responsible for. Email us for a quote.
Costs
Shipping is calculated on a per-order basis because freight cost depends on weight, dimensions and destination. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Delivery appointments
For freight and white-glove deliveries the carrier or our team will call you 24–48 hours before delivery to schedule a 4-hour window. Please make sure someone over 18 is at the address to receive and inspect the crate.
Inspection on delivery
- Inspect the crate before signing.
- If you see any visible damage to the crate, photograph it from multiple angles before signing.
- Note “crate damage / subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt.
- Email us the photos and your order number within 72 hours so we can file a freight claim.
Address changes
We can change a shipping address at no charge before the crate leaves our warehouse. After that, address changes incur the carrier's reconsignment fee.
Tracking
We email a tracking link the moment the freight carrier picks up. For white-glove and local deliveries you'll get a scheduling call instead.
